We offer both individual and buddy Pilates sessions, for all skill levels! Each session varies, with a combination of mat work and our tailor made Reformer and Cadillac. Amanda’s approach is ideal for developing a strong, balanced, lean body without the injuries, setbacks, and inconsistencies that can result from unsupervised workouts.
